1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to RankRails. By accessing and using the RankRails website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

‍2. Description of Service
‍
RankRails provides users with insights, analytics, and data related to website performance, search engine rankings, backlink profiles, as well as AI-powered blog post generator that allows users to generate content based on keyword inputs. The services are offered as a monthly subscription through Stripe.

‍3. Subscription and Payment
‍
RankRails operates on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Payment is processed through Stripe, and users agree to Stripe’s terms and policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user before the renewal date. Credits for article generation and analytics requests do not roll over to the next month. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

‍4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds unless the issue is on our side and prevents the user from using the tool as intended. If you experience an issue, please contact us at roman@rankrails.com. Refunds will only be granted  if the user spent no more than 5 credits and if the issue is verified to be on our side and not due to external factors or user error. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

‍5. Account Usage and Limitations

‍Users are not allowed to share their accounts with others. Users are allowed to resell AI-generated articles. AI-generated content may require fact-checking or human review before publishing.

‍6. Data Privacy and Security
‍
We do not collect personal data other than email addresses. Payment details are processed securely through Stripe, and we do not store any sensitive payment information. Users can request data deletion by contacting us.

‍7. Dispute Resolution
‍
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to RankRails shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Finland courts.

‍8. Updates to Terms
‍
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is the user’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.

9. Limitation of Liability
‍
RankRails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
